Control on yourself is important ! Everyday we make plans ...we all want to do something in our lyf ...We all want to achieve something. But there is a big wall standing in between us and our goal..that wall is of 'NOT HAVING SELF CONTROL ON OUR BODY". Everyday we decide to wake up early in the morning , do meditation, study regularly ,do exercise,etc but we are unable to do anything.. I dont know about you but i know about myself.Everyday i used to make plans that i will do this or that. I used to watch many motivational videos and whenever I saw those videos then i got to believe that now i gonna do something in my lyf. But the next day there was the same old lethargic routine which i was following . There was no use of watching such motivational videos . It is just a temporary motivation we get by watching such videos and we strive for permanent in our daily routine .
