Why self-control is important ?

Control on yourself is important ! 

Everyday we make plans ...we all want to do something in our lyf ...We all want to achieve something. But there is a big wall standing in between us and our goal..that wall is of 'NOT HAVING SELF CONTROL ON OUR BODY". Everyday we decide to wake up early in the morning , do meditation, study regularly ,do exercise,etc but we are unable to do anything..

I dont know about you but i know about myself.Everyday i used to make plans that i will do this or that. I used to watch  many motivational videos and whenever I saw those videos then i got to believe  that now i gonna do something in my lyf. But the next day there was the same old lethargic routine which i was following .
There was no use of watching such motivational videos . It is just a temporary motivation we get by watching such videos  and we strive for permanent in our daily routine . Actually i am a very lazy person .Sometime i do wake up early in morning but that day either i feel very irritated or half an hour later I lay down on my bed again.
In my family almost everyone is hardworking but unlike me .I have aim but that aim is hollow because i am not filling my aim with the efforts or hardwork .Everyday i say from next day 
Yoga is a sort of exercise. Yoga assists one with controlling various aspects of the body and mind. Yoga helps you to take control of your Central Nervous System Body And Soul, Mind Body Soul, Yoga Inspiration, Fitness Inspiration, Reiki, Mudras, Mind Body Spirit, Yoga Quotes, Yoga Meditation I will do something in my life but that nextday is not coming . I procrastinate to an extent that I am not able to get that consistency in my life which I want . There is a great say 'DREAMS ARE NOT THOSE WHICH YOU SEE IN NIGHT BUT DREAMS ARE THOSE WHICH DOES NOT LET YOU SLEEP' .But in my case there is opposite MY DREAMS ONLY LET ME TO SLEEP'.I dont have any regularity in my daily life . I have regularity in my life but that regularities include watching movies daily , listening to songs, poking the nose into hot bollywood gossips , sleeping twice a day sometime thrice also . I have such a body now that I am not able to adapt a new style . i have lost self-control on the body because i failed to take a step in the right direction. We all are busy in solving the problems of others but we are unable to understand our own problem .We all need to befriend our body first . How can a doctor control any disease ? only when he knows about it, how can a teacher teach students ?only when he/she knows about the concepts, how can an actor be shooted in the film only when he knows the  script , so the question here is that  how to control yourself ? 
Only when you have knowledge about your body . As it is your own body not somebody else's .
So , do take care of your body and it turn it will take care of you 🌈

Give importance to yourself !

It’s a human nature to influenced by others. We pretend to be make ourselves to be good based on other judgement. We are fascinated by fake world…We don’t have time for ourselves because we are indulged in further life more than ours life.  Every individual faces inferiority complex once in his or her lifetime…but the important thing is not be influenced by it. Imagine that you are going to buy a new pair of jeans. In the next dressing room is a person trying on the same brand and style of jeans. You both look into the mirror in the hall: Those jeans fit her way better than me, she has the right curves in all the right places, and I’m just as flat as a washboard without the ripples, mind you! She can wear high heels and look great, I have corns on my toes, and can’t wear heels. Well, I’ll try some white snickers, they may not look as great as heels, but I can make it work with those jeans. “YOUR BODY IS YOURS, NO ONE ELSE CAN DEFINE IT!!!!!”
WORK ON YOURSELF !! We are very kind hearted person right? because how much we think about others and we dont have time for ourselves ,for our body. We give advices to others that you should do this or you should do that but do we have followed those advices ever in our life. Basically to others we  advice like  sandeep maheshwari but for our own body we are unable to provide any advice . Actually now nothing is remaining in our life that is why we are poking our nose in other's life. We want to know what is happening in"THEIR" life ..we want to bring "them" out of the problem , we want to provide mental peace to them. So what it would be called that are we really very kind hearted person or we find other's life more interesting  OR happening than ours?????? Why we dont understand that firstly we need to work on ourselves then only we are unable to solve the problem of others.....!!!!! If i am not in good mindset personally,I  am not in goo...
